Equipment Engineer (Moving Equipment/Static Equipment)

Job description / Role

• Under the leadership of the deputy director of the workshop equipment, carry out the workshop equipment power management, the production section, group equipment technical guidance.
• Responsible for the safety management of the equipment in charge, fully responsible for the operation of the equipment in charge.
• Responsible for the preparation of the whole workshop equipment operation safety technical regulations and management system. In the preparation of equipment maintenance, overhaul, maintenance system and programme should have reliable safety and health technical measures, and the implementation of inspection and supervision.
• Responsible for equipment overhaul plan, to supervise all levels of personnel to confirm the conditions of the signature, responsible for overhauling the technical programme before the delivery;
• Confirm the power-off operation of dynamic equipment, and at the same time supervise the overhaul quality.
• Responsible for workshop spare parts and accessories plan, and supervise the quality of valves, fittings, spare parts and accessories used on the device;
• Two daily post inspection, in-depth inspection of the site equipment operation, to stop illegal operation, to remove hidden dangers of accidents.
• Responsible for the management of equipment files, technical data, drawings, fixed assets account
• Participate in the workshop process transformation and equipment operating conditions change programme review, so that it meets the safety requirements.
• The workshop staff for equipment safety operation technical knowledge training, organization of safe production technology assessment.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above, majoring in equipment related;
• With more than 3 years of experience in equipment and piping related management in chemical enterprises;
• Proficient in the application of CAD, Office software and related cost professional software, with large-scale project management practice experience;
• Work seriously and carefully with strong sense of life enthusiasm.
• With fluent English communication skills, ability of speaking Chinese is preferred.
