Job description / Role
• Works with Managing Partner in selecting employees under the department
• Deal with real estate matters, advising on company structuring DIFC and mainland companies
• Carry’s all expenses and salaries from the clients on board
• Responsible for corporate structuring, negotiating deals, drafting and reviewing company formation agreements
• Responsible with M&A’s, JV’s, POA’s, MOU’s, licensing agreements, distribution agreements, agency agreements, franchising, IP matters, shareholders agreements, and lease agreements
Requirements
• Open to Any nationals
• Male, 55 years old and below
• Bachelor’s in Law or any relevant field
• Minimum 7 to 15 years of experience in the UAE
• Must have experience in dealing with corporate/commercial departments
• Must be able to meet and deal with clients internationally and locally
• Knowledge of the GCC region and the ability to build well-established relationships
• Ability to work under pressure and respect deadlines
• Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
• Outstanding communication skills
