Job description / Role

Manage the Microsoft GP ERP system
- Plan and implement new versions of our ERP system.
- Periodical updates, Consult and provide solutions.
- Develop customizations & administer ERP on day to day basis.
- Provide complete support to all users, assistance during year-end close, etc.,
- Assisting with ERP integrations with other relevant applicants, such as CRM, SharePoint, etc.,
- Provide training to all staff on ERP and liaison with IT dept. for system related issues.

Manage SQL Server & Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Plan, install new versions of SQL server.
- Administer the CRM & manage users access rights, liaison with CRM vendor.
- Schedule and apply periodical updates, manage co. database.
- SQL based developments.

Manage and implementing other IT applications as and when required.

Requirements

- Should be holding an degree in computer science/Information Technology or equivalent
- Having 2-3 years of hard core experience in a similar role
- Very good exposure in handling Microsoft GP
- UAE Driving license - an added advantage

Skills
- Microsoft Dynamics GP programmer
- Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains installation and support knowledge.
- Troubleshooting knowledge in Dexterity programming
- SQL Programing is a must
- SSRS (SQL server Reporting service) Implementation knowledge
- Crystal report knowledge
- Great Plains 2013 Web Client implementation.
- Power BI tool/reports development
- iOS client/reporting client development an added advantage
- Good communication skill (written & verbal)
- An out of the box thinker and a good team player
