Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with one of the largest property development and management companies in the UAE. Our client is looking to hire an ERP & Business Applications Director to oversee the direction and development of their Oracle ERP Solutions.
Leading the IT & Business Applications Division, you will be the main bridge between the business and the IT applications team. Responsibilities will include coordinating and mapping the business processes and re-engineering when required.
In addition, you will ensure that any software integration into company systems meets functional requirements. You will also be responsible for participating in the planning of the IT budget as well as supervise spending.
Requirements
It is essential the successful candidate has a minimum of 15 years’ experience managing applications with at least 8 of those years overseeing the direction and implementation of software solutions. Furthermore, strong stakeholder communication skills and an understanding of both business and technical team needs are crucial for this position.
