Estate Agent / Property Consultant

Job description / Role

We are looking for Real Estate Agents / Property Consultants and we are paying Basic plus Commission. (Basic can start from 2000-5000 plus commission and depending on experience).

Responsibilities:
- Will be responsible for selling across properties to investors.
- Source potential investors and establish/maintain a good work relationship.
- Advice and discuss various opportunities of property services.
- Attend to inquiries from any walk in clients.
- Build awareness and knowledge of the property market.
- Review and respond promptly to all sales queries.
- Be proactive in soliciting potential buyers.
- Educate customers and match property options with buyer’s needs.
- Escort potential buyers to the site.
- Assist in the transfer of title deeds from the developer to the new owner.
- Calculate commission details and advise the Property Finance Executive.
- Coordinate with financial institutions for mortgage formalities if required by buyers.
- Hand over cheques to Customer Relations Officers
- Coordinate with Property Agents for leads provided by them and arrange for their share of the commission.

Requirements

- The agent must have prior Dubai Market knowledge.
- Must be out going and well spoken.
- Knows how to network and motivated to excel in the field.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Go-getter, strong personality.
- Preferably Real Estate and Banking backgrounds.
- Excellent knowledge of property, sales and leasing brokerage.
