Job description / Role
My client, a successful Fit- Out contractors in Dubai is seeking a Estimator Quantity Surveyor/Procurement professional with excellent knowledge in materials and subcontractors to join their friendly team in Dubai.
* Knowledge and experience in drafting BOQ's and in arranging the subcontract agreements and LPO's
* Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Requirements
* Be capable if Preparing work to be estimated by gathering proposals and specs
* Identifies labour, material, and time requirements for each project
* Presents prepared estimates
* BSc in a relevant subject
