A large and successful oil and gas operator based in Dubai now have a new opening for an Ethics and Compliance Assistant to join their team.
In this role you will be responsible for assisting the Manager in the conduct of compliance auditing tasks and the investigation of Ethics Line Complaints. You will also be required to complete a broad variety of general administration tasks including research, gathering evidential data and collating of company documents, policies, files and correspondence for the purpose of conducting regulatory and compliance audits.
This role will also involve tasks such as diary management, receiving visitors, filing, promoting an ethical culture and assisting in preparations for meetings and training workshops.
To be successful in this role, applicants must possess:
Requirements
- Bachelor`s degree - Commerce, Accounting, Business or related discipline
- 5+ years in a similar role
- Some experience with forensic investigations, internal audit and compliance auditing
- Ability to conduct independent research
- Accurate reporting skills
- Able to manage deadlines
- Strong IT skills - Microsoft office suites
- Strong English communication skills
