Job description / Role
The event manager chef will be assisting the chef in the daily operations of Yellow Brick Rd.
Yellow Brick Rd is a new food truck that will drive from event to event. In order to participate in these events we need a dynamic flexible person who is able to assist the head chef during the service on these events. In addition to assisting the head chef during service, the candidate will be responsible for the application processes for all the events.
Requirements
Must have relevant and similar experience, Minimum of 3 years and willing to do multi-tasking job.
The candidate should know how to prepare flat breads, soups, salads and a few drinks.
A degree in culinary or business management is an advantage but not required.
Must be familiar with the legal procedures in doing event including all the preparations needed.
