Event Manager

• Brainstorm and implement event plans and concepts.
• Handle budgeting and invoicing.
• Build and improve daily business data dashboards.
• Construct activity data dashboard.
• Negotiate sponsorship deals.
• Regularly produce data analysis reports
• Handle logistics.
• Update senior management.
• Manage branding and communication.
• Develop event feedback surveys.
• Obtain permits.
• Handle post-event reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Proficient in English and Chinese.
• At least 3 years of experience in planning traditional financial/Internet financial activities.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks at once
• Ability to coordinate with different vendors
• Communicate well with the entire staff at the event
• Incredibly detail oriented
• Ability to sell the event to interested parties
• Strong business sensitivity and market insight, good at creating hot topics and planning activities.
