Events Coordinator

Job description / Role

- Monitor event activities to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and laws, satisfaction of participants, and resolution of any problems that arise.
- Meet with sponsors and organizing committees to plan scope and format of events, to establish and monitor budgets, or to review administrative procedures and event progress.
- Arrange the availability of audio-visual equipment, transportation, displays, and other event needs
- Propose new ideas to improve the event planning and implementation process.
- Plan, budget, and manage finances by keeping track of all transactions that got into the process of planning the event.

Requirements

- 2 years previous experience in a similar role in UAE
- Available on immediate bases
- Understanding of budgeting and financial management
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Minimum Qualifications BA in a relevant subject
