Employment: Full Time

We are seeking a bright, fun and experienced, events coordinator to join a close knit team offering bespoke childcare. Our client has been a trusted provider of childcare services for leading organisations for many years. From their centres based extensively throughout the UK, Europe and the Middle East, to providing mobile childcare at global events across Europe and the Middle East, they have consistently exceeded expectation and operate with extreme professionalism.

Requirements

You will have a passion for business development and events and experience in planning and hosting children’s events in particular. You will be able to generate sales of these events, manage the full 360 process of the event and provide detailed reports on the event to senior management.

With superb attention to detail, you will have strong client relationship skills and offer vision and insight as you guide your client through the various event options.

Equally, you will manage vendor relationships and will be present at all events. Reporting to the General Manager, you will manage all operational aspects and you will be able to supervise a team of event floor staff when necessary whilst observing, evaluating and suggesting improvements for future events.

You will also be required to attend promotional events off site and outside normal work hours.

This role will include weekend work hours in a friendly and fun work environment and a driving license is a must.

Salary commensurate with experience.
