Events Executive - Dubai

An established professional services firm is seeking an Events Executive to join the team in Dubai. This individual will be responsible for managing a vast portfolio of events and support marketing activities for the firm.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
* Plan, organise and coordinate the firm's events across the MENA region.
* Ensure the objectives are in place are set at the planning stage and follow up procedures are in place.
* Communicate regularly with the marketing team and partners to plan and coordinate their activity.
* Develop a central resource of event materials for the firm.
* Ensure all event activity is recorded on the firms CRM system.
* Source relevant event materials and provide design/graphics support for the firm.
* Source event venues and generate a list of preferred suppliers for the firm going forward.
* Monitor and communicate budgeting and financial information.
* Attend and manage events for the firm.
* Implement and manage the events feedback process and produce a quarterly summary report of client feedback.
* Manage the firms branded merchandise. This includes sourcing suppliers, sourcing potential products and pitching new ideas to the firm.

Requirements

* Graduate calibre or equivalent
* Previous experience in events and marketing with proven management skills. Preferably, within the professional services industry.
* Experience managing a wide variety of events is essential.
* Strong client relationship building skills and attention to detail.
