Job description / Role
- To plan and organize events from operational to implementation and post event activities.
- To inspire junior team members and mentor their development
- Advising the events team on strategy for company events, ensuring effective and efficient delivery, whilst maintaining the quality and standards required.
- Provide and own end-to-end event management solutions from sourcing, selecting and securing multiple venues to managing and selecting catering requirements, as well as manage all technical support and sponsor requirements
Requirements
- Candidates must have 2-5 years agency background
- Fluent in both Arabic & English
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work towards and meet monthly deadlines
- Ability to manage multiple events and subcontractors
- Ability to manage stress levels
