TITLE: Exam Test Preparation Instructor - CBSE Background
Location: Dubai
Salary: 10-15K AED
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Test Preparation Instructor’s responsibilities include:
• Providing high quality test preparation instruction, both group courses and one-on-one, to students
• Developing proprietary test preparation material
• Administering and scoring practice tests and providing feedback to students
• Conducting research on standardized tests and remaining up-to-date with developments
• Assisting counselors in workshops/classes on specific components of the application process
• Coordinating and assisting in events in support of business development efforts (e.g., school visits and presentations)
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications
• Experience and interest in working with adolescents to help them reach their full potential
• Ideally 1-2 years demonstrated experience in the field of standardized test preparation
• Experience living abroad to reflect ability to adjust to another culture
• Passion for education/counseling/student services
• Professional communication skills, both oral and written
• Computer skills
• Willingness to commit beyond scheduled hours when necessary
