The student body has over 80 different nationalities and this diversity is fundamental to the community nature of the school. Our personalised, play-based and continuous provision in the Early Years ensures that students are rigorously assessed against the prime and specific areas of the Early Years Foundation Stage framework. This focuses on developing key learning skills and the foundations for accessing the Primary Curriculum. In primary, students receive an enriching and broad curriculum offer, which includes the delivery of several non-core subjects. Our senior students take the IGCSE examinations in Year 11 and move into the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) or International Baccalaureate Career-Related Programme (IBCP) in Years 12 and 13.

The Post: Secondary - Exams Officer

We are looking for a highly effective and dedicated colleague to manage all external examinations and other duties to support the Head of Secondary, the Secondary Leadership Team and Secondary staff.

The role requires excellent organisational and communication skills, attention to detail and a good understanding of the GCSE and IB Curriculum.

Aside from your qualifications, personality is very important, if you're able to demonstrate a passionate, enthusiastic, creative, and dynamic attitude then we want to hear from you!

Requirements

Experience: A minimum of 3 years working in an Exams Officer role or similar experience working in a school is preferred.

Competencies:
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal
- Highly organised with a great attention to detail.
- Experienced in Microsoft Office packages and the ability to use (Excel Spread sheets etc.) to support all the data needs of the school.
- Manage the examinations process so that all parties are well informed.
