Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a media group who covers radio broadcasting, event management and family entertainment. With 10 years in the UAE market, this company is a market leader and offers excellent career prospects. Our client is looking to hire an Excellence Manager to join their team.
As an Excellence Manager, your responsibilities will include managing the implementation of excellence and compliance framework. You will focus on internal policies, processes and performance management. You will also lead the development of strategies and systems across the organisation to ensure the smooth running of all departments.
In addition, you will review past performance, evaluating business practices and researching potential solutions for the organisation as a whole. You will also review and approve documentation such as contracts, plans, reports and guidelines.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have a strong background in quality and business excellence. You should ideally hold a professional certification such as PMP or ISO.
It is essential you have a minimum of 4 years’ experience in process management, policy reviews and internal audit. Arabic communication skills would be highly advantageous.
