Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Amazing opportunity to work with one of the largest financial services companies in Abu Dhabi.

Major responsibility includes secretarial and administrative support to the department/team by assisting them with coordinating meetings and providing effecting and thorough secretarial support with considerable use of diplomacy, judgement and tact.

Create and format documentation using Arabic and English.

Requirements

- Excellent communication skills.
- Must also have relevant secretarial experience reporting to a senior manager/director.
- Should be fluent in Arabic and English.
- Should have working with a multinational company or large family business.
