Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with an international Oil and Gas company. Due to an internal promotion, our client is looking to hire an Executive Assistant to support the CEO.
This is an excellent opportunity to work for a market leader. As Executive Assistant you will be solely responsible for all the CEO’s business affairs as well as various private matters. This will include diary management, booking complex travel arrangements, coordinating meetings with various partners and processing expenses. Private matters will involve paying school fees, organising family visas and paying utility bills. This will be a varied and rewarding role that will offer autonomy from the outset and the opportunity to make the role your own.
Requirements
The successful candidate should be Western educated. A Degree is obligatory. You should also have at least 2 years’ experience working as an Executive Assistant within the region, ideally from the Oil & Gas industry, however this is not essential. Additionally, you should be highly organised, have excellent communication skills and be well presented.
