Executive Assistant

Job description / Role

Charterhouse is working with a leading multinational manufacturing business that is continually expanding and moving into new markets throughout Europe and the Middle East. Our client is looking to hire an Executive Assistant to support the General Manager and team.

Providing EA support to the General Manager, you will be responsible for diary management and the processing expense claims. You will also manage all travel arrangements to include hotel bookings, visas and transport. As a key member of the team, you will prepare weekly sales reports obtaining information from the sales commercial teams in a timely manner to ensure all deadlines are met.

Requirements

The successful candidate should be Western educated with manufacturing and SAP experience. You should have excellent communication and presentation skills alongside focus, determination and a flexible approach.
