Executive Assistant - Banking

Job description / Role

A fantastic and exciting opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to work in a leading banking institution in DIFC.

Some of your responsibilities would include:
- Compose and prepare internal/external correspondence in addition to maintaining, answering and routing correspondence not requiring manager's attention
- Coordinate complex travel arrangements for a variety of bankers including flights, accommodation and visas. Travel changes all the time, sometimes with very little notice.
- May assist with ad hoc reports and special projects
- Will handle confidential company information
- Create and maintain files of manager's correspondence, records
- Input and maintain internal databases
- Monitor and ensure implementation of company policy
- Recording of client visits/call reports in CRM database

Requirements

Under limited supervision, provide secretarial support for a team of bankers. Duties are complex and highly confidential in nature requiring a great use of discretion. Regular contact / communication with high level management, clients at CEO level, industry officials and senior management in other firms. You will also have exposure to a complex and fast-paced banking environment.

Salary offered: AED 16,000 - AED 18,000
