Executive Assistant to Chairman (Bilingual)

Job description / Role

Charterhouse is working with a highly renowned multinational law firm that has secured a number of new contracts. Our client is looking to hire a bilingual (English / Arabic) Executive Assistant to the Chairman.

Working as part of the Executive Team to support the Chairman, you will have a busy and varied role which will include complex diary management, travel arrangements as well as formatting and editing of documents. You will also be responsible for translation from Arabic to English and vice versa.

Requirements

The successful candidate should ideally be Western educated to Degree level with at least 2 years experience in a legal firm. You should be able to work effectively as part of a team as well as enjoy working in an active, fast-paced environment. You should also have a motivated and can-do approach. It is essential you have excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
