Job description / Role
* Being constantly available: Celebrity assistant must be on-call and ready to assist their client whenever they're needed.
* Making and keeping a daily schedule: As a celebrity assistant, you will usually prepare your client's daily schedules and inform them of their day's activities. This aspect of the position may involve changing plans suddenly and rescheduling with little notice, so organization and problem-solving skills are important to have as a celebrity assistant.
* Performing or coordinating personal tasks.
* Managing social media.
* Need to make and manage appointments for their clients with other industry professionals such as stylists, managers and other *Celebrities or their assistants.
* Making travel arrangements.
* Planning events.
* Manage the staff for the event and collaborate with them for timely updates.
* Manage all the inventory items and keep accurate records.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Good time management skills
Salary:
AED
18,000 to 25,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Requirements
Requirements:
* Preferably with experience in the entertainment industry.
* Be able to drive and have a driving licence.
* Must have minimum 3 years of experience in the UAE or in your Home country as Executive Assistant.
* Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
* Excellent MS Office knowledge
* Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
* Calendar management for executives
* Aid executive in preparing for meetings
* Non-toxic, very friendly, positive and totally respectful person.
