Employment: Full Time

This pivotal role supports the CEO of the Wealth Management Division of a well-known bank in the Middle East. The role is crucial in establishing and supporting the smooth running of this new regional office and will call upon your sound business acumen to make executive decisions in the best interest of the business. Your first class communication skills will be utilized to the fullest as you deal with business leaders and high profile contacts.

Day to day responsibilities will change on an ongoing basis and you will be involved in the business as you support the CEO in providing confidential and effective support to his office.

You will be responsible for extensive calendar management, coordinating and organizing complex executive meetings, including drafting agendas and taking minutes as well as ensuring that the CEO is well briefed in advance.

Requirements

You will be required to prepare daily, weekly and monthly diary commitments and reports and interface with executive board members and their PA’s. This is a demanding role and requires a professional Executive Assistant with a wealth of relevant experience to hit the ground running and value in their role as the CEO’s right hand man’.

A confident, organized and personable nature combined with a willingness to commit to this role is required, as is a smart professional appearance, excellent command of English and Árabic with strong computer knowledge including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

You must be articulate and personable with the confidence, professionalism and diplomacy to forge relationships with clients and suppliers at all levels. Your pragmatic approach will be balanced with a cheery outlook and a warm disposition. Ideally you will have previous experience within the finance or banking sector although other professional services exposure will be considered.
