Job description / Role
NTS Group are currently partnering with a leading hospitality company in the region who are seeking an Executive Chef. For this role, Banqueting experience is mandatory.
The role will be responsible for ensuring that the operational budget is in line and costs are controlled efficiently. You will be involved in interacting with the management team on a regular basis, assisting in the planning of menus, liaising with the Head Chef, ensuring the very best quality of food is delivered and monitoring the food standards within the outlet.
You will also be involved in planning and implementing effective food promotions and maximizing colleague productivity as well as playing a key part in assisting in the development of a successful team (through training, development, safety etc).
Requirements
To be successful, it is essential that you banqueting experience and ideally Middle East experience, working for prestigious 4 or 5 star outlets. You will possess a high level of creativity, quality standards and present yourself as a strong leader and communicator.
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years experience and will have previous experience of managing teams, ideally within 4 or 5 star luxury eateries. English communication skills are essential. This role is offering a salary of between AED 18,000 and 25,000 (+ Benefits) depending on experience.
