Position Title: Executive Chef

Salary: up to 15K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

Job Description:
• Responsible for all kitchen operations, including preparing dishes, hiring and managing kitchen staff, and inventory management
• Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities
• Modify menus or create new ones that meet quality standards
• Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
• Monitor inventory and purchasing supplies and food from approved vendors
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Male, 40 years old and below
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the similar role preferably from the same industry
• Must be available to join immediately
