Executive Office Manager

Job description / Role

MacKenzie Jones currently have an excellent opportunity for an Executive Office Manager to join a very busy team within a government organisation based in Dubai. This is a permanent position with great prospects internally.

This is a very varied role where you will be providing executive support for the regional director as well another senior team.

You will be responsible for the following:
- Managing Budgets and providing reports on these
- Travel arrangements within the business
- Attending events with senior management
- Dairy management
- Liaise with stakeholders on site and internationally
- PRO duties

Requirements

To be successful in this role it is essential that you have previous experience in a similar role. Having carried out PRO duties in a previous role is also essential.

The following criteria is required:
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Customer focused (you must be able to demonstrate this and provide examples)
- Very strong IT skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
