Job Description:
• Design and create pastry and bakery menus, introducing new items to maintain competitiveness.
• Oversee the efficient and high-quality production of pastries for multiple cafes, ensuring consistent taste, texture, and presentation.
• Take responsibility for day-to-day kitchen activities, ensuring strict compliance to health and safety protocols.
• Guide, support, and train team members to foster a positive team environment in the central kitchen.
• Manage control over ingredient, supply, and labor costs to effectively manage budgets across all cafes.
Requirements

Salary: up to 17K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A leading F&B group based in Abu Dhabi, known for serving the best flavors of specialty coffee and desserts
Qualifications:
• Open to Asian, Arabic and CIS nationals
• 40 years old and below
• Minimum 5 years experience as Head Chef/Executive Chef from a central kitchen set up (massive production for multiple outlets) with a strong focus on the pastry/bakery section
