As an Associate, you will be responsible for doing the work (research & recruiting), developing new business, and ultimately managing others as you grow your practice area. We are looking for a professional Executive Associate to source candidates on behalf of our clients for highly specialized within the positions. The successful candidate will be able to attract first-rate talent and to ensure lasting and successful placements. The goal is to exceed clients’ expectations and to add value to their business.

The role is heavily analytical and requires good project management and time management skills. Furthermore, the candidate must be a strong communicator and be able to negotiate firmly, both with the candidate and with the client.

Main responsibilities: Executive Search is a form of management consulting that involves intensive research and recruiting. But it is very much like a sales role. Your typical responsibilities include the following:

- Identifying clients through business development and promoting our services to potential clients
- Negotiating business terms, securing new business with search orders (Job Orders)
- Partner with clients to get a clear view on their strategic and financial objectives and hiring needs
- Map role criteria, define position description and document specifications
- Research into clients company, competitors and market place
- Devise and carry out a targeted Candidate research strategy
- Track and identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels
- Assess candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility
- Conduct confidential interviews, follow-up references and check credits
- Present shortlisted candidates and provide detailed profile summaries
- Offer guidance and facilitate the negotiation process through to its completion
- Follow up with clients and assist with the candidate’s transition and onboarding process
- Network and build long-lasting client relationships
- Know your area of expertise (specialized industry or job function)
- Managing clients, candidates, and ultimately a team.

Requirements

- Degree in either Business or Human Resources or in a related industry focus field. i.e Engineering.
- Nationality Preference: Western Nationalities
- Language Fluency: Fluent English (Written & Spoken)
- 7+ Yrs Recruitment Functional Exp.
- 5+ Yrs Industry/Functional Focus Exp.
- 2+ Local UAE/GCC Exp.

- Working Hours: Sun-Thu 8am - 6pm - With Flexi Start/Finish Time
- Travel requirements: Local Travel Required To Client Offices & Meetings with Potential Candidates

SPECIALIST KNOWLEDGE
- Proven working experience in Technical Recruiting & Executive Search with deep understanding of executive search recruitment processes.
- A track record of persistence in working for a target or goal and ultimately achieving that goal.
- Evidence of mastery, the desire and ability to becoming the best at something.

DESIRED ATTRIBUTES
- Candidate Sourcing Skills- Strong knowledge of candidate’s selection methods with extensive experience with modern candidate sourcing tools and methods.
- Industry Focus or Functional Market Expertise - Excellent knowledge of area of expertise (market status, trends, best practices)
- Client focus along with relationship building skills - Has acquired deep business acumen and industry and functional market insight to serve the clients as trusted advisors, exercising independent, objective judgment.
- Effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills
- Utilizing Technology – Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting software and candidate databases.
- Keep Accurate Records - Applies industry’s best practices to stay ahead of the competition.
- Pose a natural desire for excellence – Provide a high quality service and using rigorous results-focused methodologies.
- Capable of Integrity and maintaining confidentiality – Can respect any confidential information entrusted by clients and candidates, build integrity, be open, honest, and worthy of trust.

COMPENSATION
- Gross monthly base salary: 25,000 - 30,000 AED, Tax Free
- Commission / Bonus: Extreamly Competitive
- Typical Benefits: Health Care, Air Tickets, Paid Vacation & Public Holidays and Other Usual UAE Employee Benefits.
- Other Benefits: Participation in Company Profit Share /Share Ownership Scheme (subject to individual’s performance and growth within the company)
