Job description / Role
Objectives:
Build, Service and Develop a portfolio of clients across the Middle East advising on their executive talent and recruitment requirements.
Main responsibilities:
- Business Development, approaching new clients and companies across the MENA region to service their HR & Executive Talent requirements.
- Project Management and delivery of Executive Search Mandates for a variety of corporates across the region.
- Develop and execute strategies for talent sourcing and attraction.
Reporting to: Senior Partner
Subordinates: None
Duration: Permanent
Desired start date: Immediate
Probation: 3 month
Working Hours: Flexible
Travel requirements: Occasional
Gross monthly base salary: Negotiable
Commission / Bonus: Negotiable
Requirements
- University Qualifications: BSc or similar
- Nature and length of previous experience: 2 years executive search and recruitment experience
- Must have a successful track record of servicing clients in the Middle East.
- Specialist knowledge: Executive Search, Recruitment, Talent Management, HR Consulting
- Soft Skills and Personality traits: Strong business developer, experienced recruiter, good understanding of the Middle East market.
- Language Fluency: English
- Current Location: UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman
