Executive Sous Chef up to 15k Aed for a Fine Dining Restaurant in Abu Dhabi

- Maintain links with the Group's catering department
- Maintain direct internal and external relationships (cooking demonstrations, exam corrections, competitions, reports, cooking classes, etc.)
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, planning and organization, and analytical skills
- Excellent leadership skills
- Performs task accurately and efficiently

Requirements

- POSITION: EXECUTIVE SOUS CHEF
- SALARY: up to 15,000 AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications
- HIRING COMPANY: Fine Dining Restaurant
- WORK LOCATION: Abu Dhabi, UAE
- AVAILABILITY: Can join by November 15, 2019
- EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent

CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Open to ANY nationality
- Male or Female, below 35 years old

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Degree in Culinary Arts or any related certificate is a must
- Minimum 5 years in kitchen management
- HACCP Certified or any PIC certificate is an advantage
- Strong exposure in a FRENCH CUISINE is a must
- Working experience in any Michelin Restaurant is an advantage
