Expatriation Officer

Job description / Role

The role of Expatriation Officer in Sacoor Brothers is ensuring effective administration of expatriate personnel. Would also be responsible for contract/ accommodation management.

- Gather expat information and update Personnel Information Database
- Prepare for smooth relocation including, arranging advance, mobile phones etc
- Update Human Resources regarding their arrival and personal details
- Help expatriates on the legal processes
- Familiarizing them with the Host country laws and regulations
- Browse for apartments to rent
- Contact real estate agents and negotiate prices
- Visit the apartment personally
- Finalizing apartment contracts
- Prepare an estimation list of Furniture and Appliances required
- Arrange to buy the furniture and appliances
- Apply for water, electricity and internet connections
- Schedule maintenance / repairs for the warehouse
- Manage the warehouse inventory
- Conduct apartment and warehouse audit. Prepare reports
- Relocate staff between apartments
- Maximize the accommodation space
- Control contract renewals and respective payments
- Buy all the necessary bedding and utensils
- Arrange cleaning services
- Prepare the beds and a welcome pack for every expat
- Manage budgets

Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree
- Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Well aware with UAE laws and regulations
- Ability to plan and define priorities
- Flexible and proactive
- Holds a valid UAE driving license
- Available
