Employment: Full Time

The Experiential Marketing Manager role is responsible but not limited to the strategic roll out of the Cadillac brand in all Dealer, Customer and consumer activities.

The selected candidate will be the guardian of the Brand Experience guidelines and ensure that all regional and dealer activities are in line with global Cadillac standards.

Reports to the Regional Sales & Marketing Manager and is responsible to manage tactical/daily activities that include:
- Strategic role out of brand activations in line with the Cadillac Brand pillars & the Regional Marketing plan
- Lead on all product launches
- Lead & support on all Motorshow activities
- Lead & support on all PR activities related to press launches
- Strategic input & support of dealer activation's and customer facing activities
- Launch activities
- In market displays
- Ride & Drive activities
- Local brand related activities

Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent.
- 3 years’ experience in premium and/ or event planning and execution.
- Competent computer skills – Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.
- High level of presentation skills both in the development and delivery of presentation
- Highly developed oral and written communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly when facing new problems
- Excellent time management & ability to prioritize
- High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others both within and outside the organization

Preferred Requirements:
- Luxury/Premium brand experience preferred
