Job description / Role
- Apply for semi-permanent individual eyelash extensions
- Apply one synthetic fiber eyelash to the natural eyelash, one at a time
- Stays up-to-date on eyelash extension trend, eye health, sanitation, isolation, application, styling, aftercare and more
- Engage clients with exemplary customer service; appropriately recommend products and services
- Participate in continuing education programs and staff meetings
Requirements
- High school diploma or any relevant certification
- With at least 1 year working experience as an eyelash extension specialist in a salon
- Ability to understand guest needs and expectations and to deliver superior customer service
- Mature and outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to sell products to our clients based on their individual needs
- Knowledgeable in different kinds of eyelash extensions
- Presentable with high standards of hygiene
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
