Position Title: F&B Cost Controller
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 10K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
About the Client:
A luxury 5-star hotel in Dubai.
Job Description:
• Control the food and beverage outlets in terms of wastage, pilferage and efficiency
• Support the preparation of financial information for daily and monthly reports related to cost of sales
• Maintain records of inventory transactions and test their accuracy and its authorization
• Support the accuracy of recipes for the purpose if potential costing and inventory control
• Evaluate purchases and deliveries for price, quality and yield
Requirements
Qualifications:
• 39 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or any relevant field
• At least 3 years of experience in the same role from 4-star of 5-star hotel in UAE
• Knowledge in ERP Dynamics is an advantage
• UAE driver’s license is an advantage
• Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
