F&B Distribution Director up to 50k Aed for Leading Group Of Companies in the UAE

• POSITION: F&B Distribution Director
• SALARY: up to 50,000 AED all-inclusive depending on years of experience
• HIRING COMPANY: Leading Group of Companies
• LOCATION: Dubai, UAE
• AVAILABILITY: Preferably 1 month or less
• EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent

• Open to ANY nationals
• Male/Female, 50 years old and below

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Collaborate with the board to define and articulate the division’s vision and develop strategies for achieving the vision in order to apprise employees of core purpose and growth strategy of the company.
• Develop and monitor business strategies in order to ensure the long-term financial viability of the organization.
• Manages performance and develop current staff and future leaders within the organization as per the Performance Management Plan (PMP) in order to facilitate high performance, succession planning and close performance gaps.
• Participate in commercial negotiations with customers and suppliers to secure market share and achieve business objectives.
• Work closely with the heads of the different support functions to enhance efficiency, ensure effective utilization of resources and thereby increase market share.
• Promote a culture that reflects the organization’s values, encourages good performance and rewards productivity in order to boost employee loyalty and performance.
• Develop organization changes as per company development & performance

Requirements

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Bachelor’s Degree holder, MBA would be an advantage or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 15 years of experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as President/Head/Director/General Manager with full P&L responsibility
• Excellent presentation, project planning, change management, negotiation, influencing and management skills
• Must have proven experience in dealing with budget approvals
