Job description / Role
Our client is a Dubai based company that looking to hire a F& B Manager.
Role:
- To assign and supervise all duties and responsibilities of his staff.
- To make sure that his outlet is properly staffed at all times, and to be responsible for the staff day, recuperation balance and control labor cost.
- Review the work of subordinates to make sure that the establishment procedures and policies are being followed.
- Timely analysis of Food & Beverage Prices in relation to competition.
Requirements
- At least 3 years experience in UAE in Hospitality industry
- Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices.
- Knowledgeable of using Zomato and Online Marketing.
Salary: 6,000 to 8,000
