F & B Manager - (Fresh Market)

Job description / Role

F & B Manager - (Fresh Market) Dubai

- Direct the Fresh market operations across UAE effectively through the standard operating procedures
- Develop Implement systems in place for monitoring compliance to established stores and service standards
- Optimize new and existing business opportunities to ensure business growth in line with the Del Monte strategic plan
- Monitor sales performance of all UAE units and initiate corrective action where necessary
- Develop and put in place appropriate policies and procedures to cover key areas of operational activities
- Ensure the business follows local laws and regulations
- Analyse and put forward business plans for new locations for expansion of business
- Provide leadership, motivation and guidance to Fresh Market staff in order to achieve growth and profitability targets

Requirements

- Knowledge of Food production and development
- Business Development
- Management Skills
- Experience of opening new outlets and handling current outlets
- Hospitality background is preferred
- Understand new product development
- Fluent in English and Arabic languages
