F&B Marketing Manager

Job description / Role

Our client, a luxury hotel group, is seeking a F&B Marketing Manager.

You will be responsible for managing short- and long-term marketing communications and promotions, as well as manage the implementation of marketing strategies for the restaurants and bars under the group, both online and offline, which drive measurable growth for these restaurants, lounges and bars.

You will actively monitor, guide and support brand standards implementation, alignment and compliance within the individual businesses.

You will be responsible for the development of F&B sales strategies, achieving set monthly targets within the guidelines and goals set by the Department Head based on targets.

The role will look after restaurants, lounges and bars across all properties across a sub-brand across the group.

Requirements

- Internationally recognised Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree / Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Marketing / Advertising / Media or equivalent

Typical Experience:
- Analytical focus with strong quantitative and budget management skills. (Essential)
- 3 plus years brand marketing experience in the service industry. (Essential)
- Marketing experience with luxury brands. (Desirable)
- Operational experience in Food & Beverage or related service industry. (Desirable)
- Experience in Sales and Business Development. (Desirable)
