F&B Marketing Specialist

Job description / Role

Reporting to the Director of F&B, the F&B Marketing Specialist is responsible for assisting with the facilitation of all related F&B marketing communication to the external customer. This includes the gathering of promotional information, the preparation of the consolidated monthly activities release and the maintenance of all hotel F&B listings in print and electronic media.

What you will be doing:
- To work with the Marketing and F&B departments on all outlet related promotions, from monthly promotional information gathering to internal promotional photo shoot requirements.
- To update and regularly review all hotel outlet in both print and electronic media to ensure valid information available.
- Maintain the F&B promotions/ updates in the social media
- To provide other support to the Director of F&B as required.

Requirements

Your experience and skills include:
- Relevant Marketing experience is an asset
- Proficient in Word, Excel, MS Access (or other database-management program), Publisher, and Photoshop.
- Highly responsible & reliable
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal required
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- The successful candidate will be an extremely organized, detail-oriented, professional, and a self-motivated team-player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills required
- Experience with/contacts within Abu Dhabi Marketing /PR market is an asset
