Fabricator

Job description / Role

* Follow all safety precautions as listed out in the employee handbook and use personal protective equipment (PPE) appropriately to maintain a safe working environment at all times.
* Safely handle and transport materials within the fabrication area and throughout the factory.
* Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine fabrication requirements.
* Select appropriate materials, tools, and equipment for the fabrication process as per the instructions from the senior fabricator.
* Operate machinery and equipment, such as cutting, bending, and welding machines, to shape and assemble components.
* Follow established fabrication procedures and standards to ensure quality and consistency in the finished products.

Requirements

* Prepare surfaces, clean areas, and set up equipment for proper operation.
* Support maintaining equipment and troubleshooting issues as needed.
* Conduct inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.
* Maintain equipment and troubleshoot issues as needed.
* Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure an effective fabrication process
