Facilities Director - Property Developer

Our client is one of the UAE's leading property developers. They are currently seeking a Director of Facilities Management to manage their multi-billion dirham residential/retail property portfolio.

The successful candidate will manage the portfolio P&L and balance sheets, overseeing smooth execution of FM operations. The FM Director will be responsible for operations from pre-delivery phase through to deciding on commercial strategy and agreeing on FM functions.

Requirements

* Degree qualified - Mechanical/Electrical or any other technical qualification
* Candidates should have P&L experience in managing FM within residential/retail properties
* Must have knowledge of local residential/retail market
* Have managed a large scale FM property portfolio - Ideally residential & retail
