Facilities Manager - Landscape - Al Futtaim Group Real Estate - Dubai

The primary responsibility of the position is to assure that the property receives quality landscape maintenance throughout Dubai Festival City. This is accomplished by coordinating and monitoring the performance of the sub-contractors so that the agreed quality standards are obtained. This position is a manager role that requires hands - on and contractor supervision as well as job-site performance of all maintenance duties. In this role, you must be able to work effectively in a team environment, and be focused on quality, people skills, and goal orientation.

This role reports to Facilities Manager and will be based out of Festival City, Dubai.

Requirements

We require a minimum of 4-6 years of experience as a Supervisor in Landscape/Turf Maintenance. This role requires someone to have strong leadership skills.

Ideal candidates will possess excellent communication skills, a strong background in landscaping and irrigation operations with a strong sub-contractor management skill, and working knowledge of all aspects of turf and landscape maintenance, in addition, an aptitude to train people.

The candidate must have a valid UAE driver’s license.
