Job description / Role
As an entry level management person, you will have the operation to learn our business from the ground up. Working side by side with one of our facility managers, you will get your hands on experience as well as an awareness of our company culture and business philosophy.
This paid training program for 6months - 1 year will prepare each trainee to run their own facilities portfolio as the next step in their development process.
Requirements
As a facility management trainee your responsibilities will include:
- Involve key aspects of facilities operations
- Oversee, prepare and assistance in managing boutiques budgets and tendering
- Assistance in managing the maintenance, repair and opening new opening projects
- Liaise with Maintenance Service provider and Sub Contractors
- Developing a strong assistant management
- Design small Facilities Management projects
Required experience:
Prior internship experience desirable but not required: 1 year
