Employment: Full Time

Our client is a leading organisation and highly recognised on the market within FMCG (Food manufacturing) industry in the UAE. On their behalf we are now searching to find the markets finest candidates for their Factory Manager role.

Role & Responsibilities
- Factory Manager will be responsible for plant operation and maintenance, plant policies, procedures and flow charts, maintaining plant production lines, foster a well-trained and motivated staff.
- Develop and execute the plant manufacturing budgets
- Analyze workforce requirements.
- Ensure timely delivery of production requirements.
- Maintain a clean and safe plant and periodic maintenance schedule.
- Establish and direct plant policies and procedures.
- Responsible for plant production goals.
- Confer with department heads to ensure coordination of purchasing, production, shipping and Sales.
- Responsible for establishing all shift production schedules.
- Reviewing worker & Supervisory Staff performance, identifying training needs for skills development.

Requirements

- Specialized in production lines, food processing is an asset.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in food manufacturing and production.
- Good acquaintance of operation of CFS machines or similar machines and lines software.
- Excellent people manager, open to direction and +Collaborative work style and commitment to get the job done
- Calculating quantities, statistics reports, cost effectiveness methods and lean manufacturing methods.
- Able to run massive production operation.
- Well computer knowledge and can administer windows programs.
- Highly management skills and leadership.
- Arabic speaking & Writing is a must

Candidate should poses a strong technical background about running a factory.

Candidate should have strong leadership skill and have exp in at least meat/poultry processing plant.
