Female Business Development Executive up to 15k Aed for an Event Management Company In Dubai

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
• Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
• Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
• Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
• Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

Requirements

• WORK LOCATION: Dubai, UAE
• AVAILABILITY: Can join immediately (max 1-month)
• EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent

CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Open to ARABIC and EUROPEAN nationals
• Female, below 35 years old

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Degree holder of Business Management or any relevant course
• Minimum 4 years of experience preferably in events management industry
• Enthusiastic about sustainable customer development and must be sales driven
• Extensive networking and time management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to drive change and deliver targeted results
• Powerful leading skills and business orientation
• Customer management skills and strong organizational skills
• UAE Market exposure is a must
• Valid driving license is a plus
