Female Catering Manager up to 10k Aed++ for a Catering Services Company in Abu Dhabi

• Responsible for different tasks such as catering marketing strategies, recruiting and hiring restaurant staff, training, overseeing food quality, developing menus as well as greeting and serving restaurant guests.
• Implement innovative strategies to improve productivity and sales
• Control costs and minimize waste
• Estimate consumption, forecast requirements and maintain inventory
• Plan and develop the overall restaurant marketing strategy
• Must be highly involved in P&L and labor and food costing

Requirements

• POSITION: Catering Manager
• SALARY: up to 10,000 AED depending on experience and qualifications plus single accommodation, transportation and food
• HIRING COMPANY: Catering Services Company
• WORK LOCATION: Ruwais, Abu Dhabi, UAE
• AVAILABILITY: Immediately or 1 month maximum
• EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time

CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Open to Arabic and European candidates
• Female, 40 years old and below

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Degree/certification/training in culinary/hospitality management is preferred
• At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role
• Catering experience in the UAE is a must
• Knowledgeable of FnB operations, supervisory aspects and service techniques
• Excellent communication and creativity skills
