Female Marketing Executive - Cosmetology

We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Female Marketing Executive with experience in the cosmetology industry to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in marketing and a passion for the beauty and cosmetics industry. Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our cosmetology products and services.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including online and offline channels.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends in the cosmetology industry.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional materials.
• Manage and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and industry partners.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and make necessary adjustments to achieve KPIs.
• Create and maintain marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
• Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities.
• Organize and participate in events, trade shows, and exhibitions to showcase our products and services.
• Work closely with the creative team to develop marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and social media content.

Salary:
AED 5,000 to 7,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing / Cosmetology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the cosmetology industry.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of successfully executing marketing campaigns.
• Ability to think creatively and generate new ideas.
• Proficient in using various marketing tools and platforms, such as social media, email marketing, and CRM systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English is a must, knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
• Willingness to travel within the UAE for business purposes.
