Female Salon Operations Manager up to 10k Aed for a High-End Salon in UAE

- Set branch and departmental targets and review achievement on monthly basis
- Understands the impact of department's operations on the overall property financial goals and objectives (to be set by the owners)
- Coordinate through the Branch Manager the training and onboarding of the support team (receptionists) and ensure these procedures are followed by performing random checks in the branches
- Ensure adherence to the SOPs related to branch operational process, maintenance and IT systems activities by performing random checks in the branches
- Lead the monthly meeting with the Branch Managers & the Owners

Requirements

- Position: Salon Operations Manager
- Salary: up to 10,000 AED depending on experience and qualifications
- Hiring Company: High-end Salon
- Work Location: Dubai and Abu Dhabi
- Availability: Can join immediately (max 1-month)
- Employment Type: Permanent

Candidate Profile:
- Open to ANY nationality
- Female, below 40 years old

Education/Skills Required:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business Management
- Preferably holder of an International recognized Degree or Certification related to the beauty industry or proven knowledge of beauty services
- Minimum 2 years of experience in management
- Candidates with valid UAE Driver’s License will be preferred but not required
- Knowledge of beauty industry services and constantly updated on trends
- Knowledge of hygiene, and health and safety regulations
- Excellent computer skills including knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and people skills including good listening skills
- Excellent organizational management skills
