Position Title: Field Sales Executive

About the Client:
An independent interior design and fit-out company based in UAE.
Job Description:
• Identify potential clients through research and networking involving door-to-door visits.
• Meet with prospective clients face-to-face to understand their interior fit-out needs and present customized solutions.
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to secure profitable projects, addressing client concerns effectively.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining a strong sales pipeline.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to adapt sales strategies for success in the field.
Requirements
Qualifications:
• 40 years old and below
• At least 3 years of UAE experience in a similar role from interior design and fit-out industry
• Proven B2B sales experience is a must
• Must have valid UAE driving license
