Position Summary

You will work on achieving sales targets by maximizing growth opportunities per category. To achieve that, you are required to build and maintain long term client relations. So, are you a people person? Do you enjoy hitting the road? Because this is where you'll spend most of your working day in the field as you will be the main point of contact between Nestle and its' clients!

A day in the life of

- Accountable for the achievement of customers sales, SKU target & NNS by category
- Achieve the set coverage, core distribution and visibility of the Nestle products within the channel/ customer, balancing customer priorities with category objectives
- Work closely with Merchandiser to ensure flawless execution
- Ensure full distribution and for developing mutual business opportunities with the customers.
- Manage customer financials (Credit notes, ageing report, disputes, collection, & statement of account) in a timely manner
- Execute trade plans, managing stock levels & rotation, ensuring orders and deliveries while building long term successful business relationships with customers to become the preferred supplier
- Monitor customer business performance and jointly develop action plans to accelerate growth or to address any shortfalls
- Share monthly executions and competitor activity
- Share insights from shopper observations and customer feedback
- Ensure listing of new SKU's and the achievement of the POP objectives while managing customer database
- Ensure collection and financial reconciliation made in line with Nestle set payment terms

Requirements

What will make you successful

- Good English and Malayalam communication skills
- 1-2 years of experience in Wholesale FMCG is a must
- Persistent and reliable
- Confident and enthusiastic
- Customer oriented
- Organization skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or any related field
- 1-2 years of experience in Wholesale
